Looks cuddly Nice color composition; I was initially going to say (type, whatever) you could have cleaned the background up, as it would have looked better in plain white, but on second thought, this is nice.

The "expression" (don't know if the term applies to animals) is neat too. Makes me feel sleepy. Actually, that may be because I've only had one coffee today, who knows.

Concerning the background, the main idea was to show the fur colour, therefore I choose grey background.

I hope you don’t mind, since I found you through the random deviant button, I would like to offer some critiques.

To start off, it’s cute. But that’s about it. Did you use any references? No offence, but it doesn’t show if you did. I don’t know what that blue scribble is on the bottom left hand corner, but that needs to go. It’s incredibly distracting and it takes away from the art itself. If that’s your signature, or watermark, you probably should stick with the DA watermark or make your own.
It’s probably the style, but I do not like the pencil that outlines the fox’s body. Not the sketchy “hairs” but the one that kind of goes around the fox. I believe it would benefit the drawing more if that wasn’t there. I would also suggest trying to scan the image again, maybe at a higher DPI. Maybe it’s just me, but the quality seems a bit questionable. Low quality images may take away from the art itself as well.

I hope anything I’ve said actually helped. Keep up the work.

First of all, it is not a very big sketch on a paper. And even if I will scan it at a higher DPI it brings only more noise...

Concerning signature, you're right, it will be better if I'll make it smaller, for example, or something else.

And the last thing, it was only some fast sketch which I wanted to scan and to colour... Anyway, thanks for the helpful words.
