Nice. Somehow it remembered me about "The Golden Compass" :)

BTW. Have you read that trilogy ("His Dark Materials")? If not: I do not recommend :P Only first book is really good. The third one is boring for most time, and the second one is just awful. But they are written that way that endings of I and II are not in any stable point... so you probably have to read next if started first :( ...

The idea was to make something like feng shui compass, and this music video (link), but the golden compass also looks similar.

I haven't read the full trilogy, only the first book. I didn't like it too much to read further.
